I'm keeping the group to 10ish participants so everyone has room to practise, ask questions and get 1-1 coaching and guidance.
A little bonus for the early birds: The first 4 participants to be recorded will also receive a complimentary 25-minute individual introductory session with me a few days before the event, to help prepare their message in advance.
They'll have a shorter rehearsal window on the day, so we'll give them a head start.
Do I even need a Video CV?
...The honest answer is no ... But!
The Danish job market is changing. Recruitment is becoming more digital, HR gets younger, AI screening is growing, and employers are exploring new ways to meet the person behind the application.
And let's be honest: a cover letter can only tell so much. Especially when everyone is using the same AI tools to produce perfectly polished applications that somehow all sound exactly alike.
Meanwhile, your personality, communication skills, motivation and the way you connect with people? Those are much harder to squeeze into a document.
That's where video comes in.
According to Ballisager's 2026 Recruitment Analysis, 46% of recruitment professionals in Denmark believe a video presentation can replace a traditional written application. In 2016, that figure was 19%.
That's worth paying attention to.
No, a video CV isn't a magic ticket to a job. And no, you don't need to ditch your traditional CV.
But you can give employers another way to discover what makes you a great candidate.
And wouldn't it be nice to have something more than another PDF in your job-search toolbox?
And to be trained and prepared the day they ask for a video or AI screening call?

I've never recorded a video CV. Is this for me?
Absolutely. That's the whole point. You'll learn how to structure your message, write your script and practise before recording.
My English isn't perfect. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. You don't need a perfect accent or fancy vocabulary to communicate your value. We'll focus on clarity, confidence and finding words that feel natural to you.
I don't know exactly which role or company I want to work for yet.
That's okay. Having an idea of a role, industry or a few possible directions in mind will help us get started, but i can help you with that too. Part of the day is about clarifying your goal and understanding what employers are looking for.
Will the video get me a job?
I wish I could promise that! But no honest career coach can guarantee a job from one video. What I can promise is a structured process to help you communicate your strengths more clearly and create another tool for your job search.
Can I use it on LinkedIn?
That's one of the intended uses. We'll help you develop a professional introduction suitable for your career goals. The final video format and delivery details will be confirmed before the event.
What should I bring?
Bring your DISC test results, maybe your laptop, a CV, a few ideas about the roles or companies you're interested in, and a willingness to give something new a try. We'll take care of the rest of the workshop guidance.
